• Some services are offered at a lower upfront fee, in exchange for a performance-based agreement.

• This may include a percentage of online sales or digital revenue, agreed upon contractually before the project starts.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Participate in approvals and content sharing

• Respect agreed timelines and payment terms

4. Ownership & Rights

Unless stated otherwise:

• You own the final deliverables once the agreed payments are made.

• We reserve the right to feature finished work in our portfolio.

5. Termination

You may cancel service with written notice. Payment is due for all work completed up to that date.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all your business and personal information with full confidentiality.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Milan.
